AZAL Flight Delayed and My Dog Mistreated
I traveled with AZAL Airlines and bought a ticket for my dog (a Chihuahua) for $75. Our 11 AM flight was delayed until 2 PM, causing a lot of stress and exhaustion for everyone, and they didn’t even apologize. My dog got very anxious, tired, and hungry. When we finally boarded the plane, I took my dog out of the carrier to give him some water. However, a flight attendant named Se*****va treated my dog like an object and humiliated us by saying, "You can't give him water, put him back in the carrier immediately." AZAL made our trip a nightmare.
