Azal Airlines Charged for Traveling with Pets on My Baku-Istanbul Flight
On May 6th, we had a flight from Baku, Azerbaijan to Istanbul with our two dogs. I contacted Azal (Azerbaijan Airlines) to add them to our ticket. They told me that I could transport both dogs in one kennel for a single price, without any extra fees. We agreed and added them to the ticket. However, when we arrived at the airport, we were told that the dogs had to be in separate kennels and we had to purchase separate tickets for each. Both dogs are the same breed and weigh less than 5 kg. Despite numerous emails, they did not help me. Who will compensate for my loss now? I demand reimbursement for my damages.
