My Audi Q3's Unused Child Seat System Keeps Failing Every Few Months
In my 2022 model Audi Q3, which I purchased from the Audi Antalya Başaran dealership, the child safety seat/seatbelt system started malfunctioning about 4-5 months after I bought the vehicle. What's most frustrating is that even though I don't have children and have never used the back seat, this fault regularly recurs every 6-7 months.
For this issue, I've gone to the same authorized service center, Audi Antalya Başaran, 3 times so far, paying around $320-$427 each time, but no lasting solution has been produced despite this. Frankly, having a completely unused child safety seat/seatbelt system malfunction this frequently, and the problem persisting even after paying substantial amounts to the authorized service center, has seriously disappointed me both in terms of trust and brand perception.
Since all of my vehicle's maintenance has always been done at the authorized service center, I believe all the necessary records are available at Audi Antalya Başaran. For this reason, I am requesting that the cause of this recurring child safety seat fault be thoroughly investigated, and that a permanent, free repair be carried out without any additional cost to me.
