Asus TUF A15 Keyboard Comes Back From Repair With Wobbly, Loose Keys
I purchased an Asus TUF A15 FA507NVR laptop about 11–12 months ago through the İncehesap website while I was in Bayburt, paying $943. After using the device normally for the first few months, I started experiencing serious quality problems. The laptop overheats excessively, and I feel like it's built with the quality of a knockoff product.
First, I started hearing a spring sound coming from the "0" key in the numlock section of the keyboard. Because of this, I sent the product in for service, and the keyboard was replaced. However, after the keyboard replacement, a different problem emerged this time. Right now, when I press certain keys, the keys next to them wobble, and the key feel is abnormal and uncomfortable. This key-wobbling problem started after the service repair, meaning the product came back from service in a faulty condition.
It's been about 11–12 months since I got the product, and the problems started appearing within the first 4–5 months. Between experiencing overheating and keyboard issues so soon, and then running into a new fault after service on top of it, I deeply regret this purchase.
At the time I bought the product, its price was $943, while the current market value of a similar product is around $1,543. Due to the problems and hardship I've experienced, my primary request is for the product's current market value to be paid to me. If that isn't possible, I want the device replaced with a brand-new unit or an upgraded model. I request that Asus take my complaint seriously and provide a permanent, satisfactory resolution.
