Asuno Not Replying to Overcharge and Full Refund Request
I ordered 4 packs of Asuno tanning gummies on 14 October 2026, through what I believe was their Instagram sales channel. The advertised price was $38.99 per pack, so the total should have been approximately $155. However, instead of this amount, my account was charged $347.96 for the order. I contacted Asuno to request a full refund of this incorrect charge, but I have not received any response from them. I find it unacceptable that I have been charged more than double the expected cost and that my messages are being ignored. I request that Asuno urgently processes a full refund of the $347.96 charge and confirms the cancellation or correction of this order as soon as possible.
