AskNebula Tried to Charge My Card Multiple Times Without Subscription
I visited the AskNebula.com astrology website to get a personal star chart. When I saw the price, I decided not to subscribe and exited the page. However, since the site requested my credit card details, I entered them but later deleted the information without completing any payment or registration. I never signed up or received any service from the website.
Later, I began receiving repeated SMS notifications saying, “Your card is blocked for online transactions, so payment could not be processed.” When I contacted my bank, they informed me that the site had attempted to charge my card multiple times. As a result, I decided to change my card details for security reasons.
I have never received any service from AskNebula, and my email is currently blocked from contacting them. If any legal or collection action is initiated regarding this matter, I hereby clearly state that I never used any paid service. I am requesting that any possible subscription be canceled immediately, and my information be removed from their system.
