AskNebula Charged My Card 29 Times After $0.50 Horoscope Purchase
I used the AskNebula.com astrology website to purchase a birth chart reading for $0.50. I did not subscribe to any monthly plan, yet 29 separate charges have been withdrawn from my card. I made this purchase through the website, not through their mobile app.
The site provides a link for subscription cancellation, which asks for an email address to send the cancellation request. I followed the instructions, but I have never received any response or confirmation. After reading several similar complaints, I realized that this is a common issue and that no one seems to have received a solution.
I urgently request a full refund and the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized subscription. Is there anyone who can actually help resolve this issue?
