I Face ASICS Gel 1130 Foam Wearing Out And Foot Visible

I purchased ASICS Gel-1130 sneakers from the SuperStep İzmir Optimum Mall store and used them for short daily walks. Even before completing one year of use, the foam under the mesh has worn down from both the front and sides, and now my foot is visible through the mesh. I did not use the product heavily or under harsh conditions.

After experiencing this issue, I sent the shoes for inspection. However, they were returned to me with a generic response stating “deformation due to external factors,” and no action was taken. In reality, the problem stems from weak internal foam structure and material quality. There is no tearing, friction damage, or misuse involved. The product is also covered by a 2-year warranty.

A product that shows this level of deformation in such a short time clearly indicates a material or manufacturing issue. I request that the product be re-evaluated based on these facts, that my refund rights be granted, and that the inspection process be reviewed again accordingly.
