Contacting ASAP Tickets Travel Agents And Confusing Process
My experience with this company wasn't all sunshine and rainbows, I assure you. Def needs an improvement in their service for future customers, to start, contacting their travel agents was like looking for a needle in a haystack. Why is it so difficult to just talk to someone? Things became much more annoying after I did manage to get in contact, far more difficult than they had made it out to be when it came to picking options and entering details. If you get my meaning, swimming against the current the whole time, conditions are too tedious to mention here. Just trying to read them all required a magnifying glass. After everything that had happened, was hoping the receiver would breathe a sigh of relief when they received the emails containing the voucher codes and PIN combinations. No, I was wrong; they seemed as bewildered as I was.
