The new refrigerator's seals arrived damaged. It's truly a disgraceful situation.

I bought an Arçelik refrigerator 278550 ieb model refrigerator on 27.05. 2024. As soon as the product was installed, it began to make a noise. At first, we didn't get it, but the authorized service that installed the product actually ruined it during installation. Now, at random hours, it makes a deafening noise, like a bomb going off. We contacted the authorized service twice; the first time, they were unable to resolve the issue. After the second incident, the authorized service claimed the product was faulty after hearing the noise during the service; they promised to come back and collect it, but the representative is still awaiting a video of the issue that I sent. Would this be considered a shameful thing to do? Should I skip work and film the fridge at home, my friend? The Kelkit branch service rep said, "Come during your working hours, then stand in front of the refrigerator, go and shoot that video." Everyone knows the service is to blame; they expect a ready-made solution, but no one buys a refrigerator carelessly; we all have jobs; if you want me to make a sound recording, I'll gladly leave my job. On the other hand, if you insist on such a shameful service, I'll gladly sit down, pull the key, or remove the product.

"It is true that contact was made in a short time, we thank the company for that, but the result is disappointing. According to the evaluation results, the freezer compartment of our refrigerator is normal. I am sharing with you the final state of the bottle with ice inside as an attachment. Without conducting a valid result analysis, my refrigerator complaint was closed with the statement that your device is fine. In the end, this 2-year-old device is not freezing. Sometimes it freezes and then thaws afterwards, and it operates for a long time without freezing again. If a test is to be conducted, we request that it be done with valid evidence to find a solution. Arçelik's solution result is a fiasco."
