Aras Kargo Misrouted My Package To Wrong Branch

My shipment with tracking number 5735*******91 sent via Aras Kargo shows a warning in the system stating “wrong branch redirected after arrival” once it reached Gaziantep. Because of this issue, which started today, my package has still not been delivered. Although my delivery address is Düztepe, the shipment appears to have been sent to the wrong branch. I have faced the same problem twice before. I paid for this shipment, and it was processed as a standard delivery. So far, I have not contacted customer service, and there are no other error messages in the system. I request that my package be delivered to my Düztepe address as soon as possible.
