Aras Kargo Did Not Deliver My Package and the Branch Returned It Without My Consent
On 23/11/2024, I received a call from your courier regarding my delivery. At that moment, I was on another phone call and couldn’t answer. Shortly after, I received a message stating that I was not at the address. However, I was at home, and my doorbell was not rung. I called and messaged the courier, but I received no response. I also called your Erdemir branch, but again, no one answered.
On Monday, November 25, I contacted your customer service, and record number 7442581 was created. I was informed that my package would be re-dispatched. On Tuesday, November 26, the package with tracking number 4453144366863 was delivered, but my other package was not. Today, November 28, 2024, I went to your branch to collect my package. I explained that my doorbell hadn’t been rung, and I had only been called by phone. I was expecting the package to be re-dispatched, but I was told it was marked as "on the shelf" and that it wasn’t delivered even though I was at the address. When I voiced my complaint, a woman sitting at the desk in the back dismissed me, saying, "They must have rung the bell and been there." I clarified that the doorbell was never rung. I asked why the package wasn’t re-dispatched despite being told by customer service that it would be. I was told that customer service doesn’t know how things work, that packages are not re-dispatched, and that I was given false information. Now I’ve learned that my package has been returned to the sender, and since the price of the item I purchased has increased, I have suffered financial loss. Moreover, my health has deteriorated because I haven’t been able to use the supplements I needed for a week. I demand compensation for my losses.
