Terrible Experience with Faulty AirPods Pro Replacements

During the warranty period, my Apple AirPods Pro broke, so I took them to the Akasya Apple store to get a new pair. When I got the new pair, I tried them out right away and found that they were also broken. I went back to the store right away to tell them what had happened. After waiting for another two hours, I got another set of replacements. But after a week, these, too, had trouble charging. Even though I've been using them for a while, I felt compelled to tell my story after hearing other users complain about getting broken products under warranty. It makes people wonder if Apple's mistake was an accident or part of a plan. We should be told the truth.
