New MagSafe Case Cracked After 10 Days – No Real Support from Apple

I bought a MagSafe case just 10 days ago, and despite only dropping it lightly twice, the case has cracked on both sides. When I went to the Akasya Apple Store, they said there was nothing they could do and only offered me a 10% discount on a new case. I politely expressed my dissatisfaction. It’s really disappointing that a case I paid good money for cracked so quickly. I don’t recommend the MagSafe cases for wireless charging devices if they’re this fragile. To make matters worse, with the discount they offered, I could still buy it cheaper elsewhere. It’s honestly a joke! Apple needs to do better with their product quality and support.
