I had been a loyal Apple customer for years and had always recommended their products to others (until this incident). I paid 1079₺ for a transparent MagSafe case from the Apple Store, and it fell from a mere 40cm height onto the ground, deforming horribly. Even one-tenth the price of phone cases are more durable. When I contacted Apple, they said they could inspect the product but would most likely be unable to provide a refund or exchange. This was a major big disappointment. I recommend skipping this case in favor of a less expensive, more dependable alternative. If no solution is found, I will refer the case to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I will never use Apple products anymore.
