MacBook Air Won’t Charge or Start Even After Repair

I purchased a MacBook Air from Teknosa, but right from the first use, it had a charging issue—stuck at just 1% despite being plugged in. I took it back to Teknosa, and after about 40 days, they claimed the device was repaired. However, when I brought it home, the laptop wouldn’t start properly. For over 20 minutes, it just displayed a spinning circle and wouldn’t charge at all. If you have endless patience, time, and money to waste, go ahead and buy a MacBook from Teknosa. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience with both a poor product and terrible service. Apple and Teknosa, I need a proper solution or a replacement immediately.
