Reconsidering Apple purchases. Bought a MacBook Air from Teknosa, faced freezing issues. Apple directed me to Teknosa, not standing by their product. Went to Zorlu Apple Center to speed things up; promised a call in a week, nada after 13 days. No info on the problem, no replacement. Teknosa suggests sending it back, but their service takes 20 days. Apple's policy with expensive products might make me ditch all my Apple gear. Not only is there a solution, they couldn't even figure out what the problem is.
