Irritating Apple Watch 7 Nike 41 Band

Six months ago, I purchased the Apple Watch 7 Nike 41 model. I noticed that the metal connection of the cord on my arm caused irritation and wounding. I didn't mind at first, but since it's now happening on a regular basis, I called Apple Customer Service and explained the situation. When they asked for a photo, I sent one. Then they sent me a guide stating how to draw a hand in various positions, and I sent shots based on that guide. When they asked if I was allergic to the metal band, I replied that I had previously worn all metal watches. As a result, they informed me that I needed to see a doctor. Thank you for your suggestions. What can a doctor say about the obvious negative effects of the cord? I wanted to write after seeing a similar complaint here. He could and should have solved a simple but vexing problem for Apple. Surprisingly, Apple sought medical advice for a problem caused by itself. I can't wear my watch most of the time these days. I wear it a few days a week and have to take it off for a few days when it irritates my skin.
