Apple Won't Refund FIFA In-Game Purchase Done by a Kid

My cousin's son got into some serious FIFA mobile gaming on my device, downloading apps and whatnot. Unfortunately, he knew my password, and things took a pricey turn. He snagged a game package using my card, and the first hit was ₺319. Angrily, I demanded a refund, warned him not to repeat it, and reluctantly let it slide. Well, guess what? Lightning struck twice. This time, he went big and swiped a package worth ₺3199. When I caught wind of it, I immediately demanded a refund. Tried twice through Apple, but got slapped with rejection. Fed up, I spilled the whole saga to customer care. Their response? A vague "not approved due to terms and conditions." When I pressed for specifics, the rep clammed up, saying, "I don't know, can't say clearly. Try reaching out to the game developer or the bank. Seriously, can this even happen? I just want my money back, and if need be, they can wipe that game account off the face of the digital earth.
