Apple Replaced a Part in My iPhone After Just 6 Months and Gave No Clear Info

I purchased an Apple iPhone only six months ago, and in that brief period, I've had to send it for service three times. During my third visit, I was surprised to find that a part of the phone was actually replaced, as Apple had previously stated they had only cleaned the speaker. I was truly disappointed by the unclear and inconsistent communication I experienced. I was taken aback to encounter hardware problems so soon, particularly from a brand that's typically associated with dependability. I expected a seamless experience without the hassle of constant communication with customer service or concerns about repairs at this early stage. This raises concerns about the quality control of this specific device. I sincerely wish Apple would focus more on enhancing the after-sales experience.
