Apple iPhone 8 Backup Error


Ever since January 11, 2024, my iPhone 8 has been trapped in an unending backup loop, and attempting to contact Apple has proven to be a fruitless endeavor. Even after making numerous attempts to reach out, the phones remain unanswered and there is a lack of accountability or support being provided. Is it typical for a backup to take this amount of time? According to the system, it will require an additional 16 hours to finish, despite already being 75% complete. This situation is anything but ordinary, and I am in desperate need of assistance to address this matter.
