TikTok Charged Me $11 Without My Authorization

On May 2, 2026, while downloading the TikTok app to my iPhone through the Apple App Store, I was charged $11 from my account without giving any authorization or receiving any notification. Since I knew that the app was free, I was not expecting any such payment, and I did not purchase any subscription or make any additional in-app purchase.
After noticing the charge, I have not yet contacted either Apple or TikTok. I believe this charge was unfair because it was taken during the app download process without my knowledge or clear notification.
I request that the $11 charge made during the app download be investigated and refunded to me as soon as possible.
