Beats Kickstand Case Started Peeling After Just Three Months

On December 31, 2025, I purchased a Beats Kickstand case for my iPhone 17 Pro through the Apple Store online for $71. However, just three months after purchasing the case, the outer surface started peeling and flaking off, and the case quickly became badly damaged and unusable.

I do not consider it acceptable for a product I paid such a high price for to deteriorate this severely within such a short period of time. I have not yet been able to contact the Apple Store, but for this defective product, I am requesting either a replacement with a new one or a full refund.

I kindly request that this issue be resolved and my loss be addressed as soon as possible.
