BandLab Charged Me $19 After I Canceled the Free Trial on Apple App Store
I downloaded the BandLab app through the Apple App Store after seeing its advertisements. The app offered a free trial period, but during the trial I realized that it did not work as advertised. I deleted the app from my phone and canceled the subscription. However, shortly afterward, my Apple Store account showed a message stating “BandLab billing issue, payment pending” with a charge of approximately $19, and I was restricted from downloading new apps until this payment was made.
I first contacted BandLab regarding the issue, and their representatives told me that I should not have been charged any fee and that the problem was not related to them. I then contacted Apple Customer Support, where I was told that I needed to pay the charge first and request a refund afterward. However, I do not want to experience the same problem again because in a previous similar situation, I made the payment but the amount was never refunded.
Due to this issue, which has continued for approximately one month, my Apple ID account (e**********@Gmail.com) has been restricted from downloading apps. I request that this billing issue be resolved without forcing me to make the payment, that the incorrectly applied $19 charge be canceled, and that the restriction on my account be removed. Otherwise, I would like to state that I am considering no longer using Apple products and services in the future.
