Bam Deluxe Customer Reports a $144K Investment Scam

I want to inform the public about the bam inv / bam Deluxe application available through the Apple App Store and draw the attention of the relevant authorities to this matter. I believe this application is connected to a stock market scam group organized through WhatsApp.

On July 8, 2026, I was contacted on Instagram after liking a post and was added to a WhatsApp group. In this group, members claimed that stock market investments could generate extremely high returns and that people could make significant profits within a very short period of time. These claims appeared to be intended to gain people's trust. I was then sent a link to an application and directed to the bam inv / bam Deluxe app.

Members of the WhatsApp group strongly encouraged me to invest and instructed me to send money to different bank account numbers, claiming that I would make substantial profits this way. I suffered a financial loss of approximately $144,506. This situation leads me to believe that many other people may have been deceived using the same method.

I believe that bam Deluxe and the WhatsApp groups connected to it are part of an organized operation that approaches people with promises of investment opportunities and high returns, then instructs them to transfer money to different bank accounts and withholds their funds. I have filed a criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office and initiated legal proceedings regarding this matter.

I request that the relevant authorities conduct a detailed investigation into this operation and the bam Deluxe application, take the necessary legal action and impose appropriate sanctions against the application and accounts connected to this operation, take steps to help victims recover their losses, and urgently implement preventive measures to ensure that more people do not suffer financial harm.
