AnyDesk Reduced My Plan to One User After Taking Payment
In 2025, I purchased a one-year AnyDesk subscription. I had used the same package last year, and when I renewed my subscription, I clearly stated that I wanted to continue using the same plan. However, this year they told me that the package I used last year can now only be used by one person.
If they had clearly disclosed this limitation before taking my payment, we would not have purchased the subscription. I want to cancel the subscription, but they are not providing any assistance.
