AnyDesk License Error Blocks Connections Despite No Active Sessions

We purchased an AnyDesk annual license using the email address [email protected]. On both our Windows and MacBook devices, even when there are no active connections, we receive an error message saying “Your license does not allow more connections” whenever we try to connect to a computer. This issue has been occurring continuously for about one month across all members of our team and directly affects the functionality of the license.
To resolve this issue, we emailed AnyDesk customer support, but we have not received any response. In addition, when we try to open a support ticket through the my.anydesk.com panel, the system returns an error and does not allow us to create a ticket.
We paid $449 for the annual license by credit card, and we are certain that our license is valid. We request that the license function correctly and that these connection-related issues be resolved urgently.
