AnyDesk Sold a 20-User Plan That Allows Only One Connection

I purchased a one-year AnyDesk Standard package, which is marketed as the mid-tier plan. This plan is sold as allowing 20 users and costs $370 per year, but it only allows one outgoing connection. When we contacted the company, they confirmed that the package indeed permits only one outgoing connection.

Even though only three days have passed since the purchase, they refused to issue a refund. Despite this clearly going against customer rights, it is still not possible to obtain a refund. I will be raising this issue everywhere, including on social media.
