Soundcore Life Q30 Charges but Fails to Power On or Connect via Bluetooth

I purchased my Soundcore Anker Life Q30 headphones through Trendyol in February 2025, and this morning they suddenly stopped turning on. When I plug the headphones into a charger, the indicator light turns on and the device charges, but it does not power on at all. However, when I connect the headphones to my phone using the included AUX cable, I can hear audio. In other words, even though the product charges, it only works in wired mode, while Bluetooth and normal power-on functionality are completely disabled.

Since I purchased the product relatively recently and it is still under warranty, this situation has been very disappointing. I am requesting that the product be inspected under warranty and repaired if possible. If repair is not possible, or if the same issue occurs again, I am requesting a one-to-one replacement with a new product.

If necessary, I can also provide my Trendyol order details and invoice/warranty documents.
