Anker Soundcore Space One Fails to Output Audio on PC When Connected to Two Devices
I purchased the Anker Soundcore Space One, which is advertised to pair with two devices simultaneously. However, when I connect it to my phone and computer at the same time, I encounter issues. While the audio works perfectly on my phone, there’s no sound from my PC. Spotify won’t play songs, and YouTube videos have no audio output, even though the headphones are connected.
This defeats the purpose of the dual-device functionality and has been incredibly frustrating. I expect Anker to provide a solution to this problem—whether it’s a firmware update or clear instructions to fix the issue. Please resolve this promptly so I can use the headphones as intended without these limitations.
