Amway Water Purifier Faucet Leakage Complaint

I've been using the Amway water purifier for almost 7 years now, and the faucet is leaking water from the center hub. This is the second time I've had an identical problem with the faucet in seven years. While researching, I discovered that many customers are complaining about the same problem. Amway, a global brand, should find a solution to this recurring problem. As previously said, I encountered the identical problem roughly two years ago, and the faucet was changed. It's frustrating for a brand like Amway to have the faucet issue again in the same location after just two years. We purchased this product because of its quality, and we already pay for the filters on a yearly basis. Now we have to replace the faucet every two years as well? I demand that this issue be resolved and a replacement faucet be supplied. Otherwise, please be advised that I will take legal action due to this hidden flaw.
