AliExpress Bonus Balance Withdrawal Disabled

I am writing about a problem I am experiencing with my bonus balance (solde bonus) on AliExpress. My account currently shows a bonus balance of 52.404,60 XOF, but when I try to withdraw this money, the system displays the message “Withdrawal is disabled” and does not allow me to make any withdrawal. This situation started today. I contacted AliExpress customer service and I was told that I would need to pay more money, which I refused, because I simply want to withdraw the amount that is already in my bonus balance and that I have earned. I request that my bonus balance be unlocked so that the withdrawal option is activated and I can withdraw the 52.404,60 XOF that appears in my account, without having to make any additional payment.
