I was informed that the Mshop website is connected to Alibaba. However, I am facing a very serious issue: I am unable to withdraw my money.

I made purchases totaling ₺600,000, but despite repeated attempts, I cannot get my funds back. This is an extremely large amount, and the lack of access to my money has left me deeply concerned and frustrated.

I kindly request that this matter be investigated immediately and that I receive the necessary support to either withdraw my funds successfully or obtain a full refund.
