I Am Still Waiting for Alibaba to Issue My $1,459 Refund for an Unshipped Car Lifter

I ordered an “Eco-way Factory Price Machine Weight 4Ton Car Ramps Hydraulic Car Lifting Ramp 2 Post Hydraulic Car Lifter” (quantity 1 piece) on Alibaba with a total payment of USD 1,459.00. The order was placed on 02/02/2026, but the product was never shipped by the seller Eco-way Factory. Because the item was not shipped by the agreed method or to the agreed address, I initiated a refund request through Alibaba. In the refund page it is stated that the refund agreement was settled and that Alibaba.com started to process the refund on 2026‑05‑14 at 21:46. Despite this information and the status showing that Alibaba is processing the refund request, I have still not received my refund to my card. I find it unacceptable that my money has been held this long for an item that was never shipped. I request that my full payment of USD 1,459.00 be immediately refunded to my credit/debit card without any further delay and that I be informed clearly when the refund is completed.
