Alibaba Wholesale Subscription Failed to Deliver Promised Results
I purchased an annual subscription from the Alibaba wholesale sales portal in June and paid $3,000 for the subscription. Even though I purchased the lowest-tier package, I was charged a substantial amount. During the subscription process, I was told that my storefront and catalogs would be organized and prepared, and I was informed that the first month would be spent on these preparations.
After spending a significant amount of time preparing my product photos, descriptions, and pricing, I submitted them to the system in the required format, including Excel files and other documents. Despite this, I have not made a single sale since July. I have not received any positive or negative responses to the tenders I participated in, and I noticed that the emails I sent were not being read. I also received no response from the supposedly approved and guaranteed customer profiles that I was told would be provided.
In addition, due to deficiencies in the system's infrastructure, I began receiving emails from what appeared to be fake customers. I was exposed to serious risks, including the possibility that my computer and email accounts could be hacked or infected with viruses through these emails. During this process, I experienced security-related issues involving my computer and email accounts. I clearly saw that the promises made to me, such as finding customers through tenders, guaranteed customers, and a strong infrastructure, did not reflect reality and that the service provided was not at the level that had been promised.
I have been seriously disadvantaged because I have not made any sales since June, received no results from the tenders, and was left dealing with a risky and unreliable infrastructure. Therefore, I request a full refund of the $3,000 I paid. If necessary, I am prepared to provide all payment records, including my bank statements and payment receipts, as evidence.
