Alexander McQueen Blames Shopier and Bank After Failing to Process Returned Shoe Refund

On April 7, I ordered a pair of size 37 white embellished Alexander McQueen shoes from the Miacollezıone H**** A**** store. I experienced delays throughout the one-week shipping process, and the product finally arrived on April 20. Upon arrival, I saw that the wrong size had been sent: they shipped a size 38 instead of the size 37 I ordered.

I immediately initiated a return and shipped the item back via PTT Kargo. The returned product was delivered to them on April 22. However, despite a long time having passed, my return was never approved and the money was not refunded to my account. Whenever I tried to contact them via WhatsApp, they repeatedly gave stalling responses, claiming that the refund had already been transferred by the bank. When I spoke with my bank, I learned that no refund process had even been initiated.

When I reported this to the store, they shifted the blame to Shopier, claiming the refund had not been triggered on their platform, yet still offered no concrete resolution. I have been dealing with this wrong product and delayed refund process for over a month, and the 2,000.65 TRY I paid has still not been returned to me.

I refuse to accept the ongoing delay of my refund process for an issue caused entirely by their shipping of the incorrect item. I demand an immediate, full refund of the 2,000.65 TRY paid to my account without any deductions.
