Alexander McQueen Order Delay: Shoes Still Not Shipped After 4 Days

I placed an order for Alexander McQueen shoes (order number 626400179) last Thursday, but I have yet to receive any notification that the shipment is on its way. How can it take more than four days for the order to even ship? This delay is unacceptable, especially for a brand of this caliber.

I expect an immediate update on the status of my order, or I will cancel it altogether. Customers should not have to chase after updates for something they’ve already paid for. Please resolve this issue promptly and ensure the shipment is expedited. Such poor service is disappointing and does not align with the expectations for a luxury brand like Alexander McQueen.
