If you lost your edited photos in AirBrush after an update, here’s how to try to recover them;
Check local / draft storage first;
• Open AirBrush → My Edits / Gallery / Projects
• Sometimes edits are saved as drafts
• Look for “Recovered,” “Auto-saved,” or “Recent” folders
Check your device photo gallery;
• Some exports may have auto-saved to your phone
• Open Photos/Gallery and search for:
– “AirBrush”
– Recently modified images
Check cache/backups (Android);
• Settings → Apps → AirBrush → Storage → Cache
• Some temporary files may remain
• (This doesn’t guarantee full images, but worth checking before clearing data)
Check cloud backups;
• If you use:
– Google Photos
– iCloud
– OneDrive
Search for your edited photos there
• Look in the Trash/Recently Deleted too
Log out and back in;
• AirBrush account → Log Out
• Log back in with the same email/account
• This can refresh cloud-linked projects
Restore purchases & account sync;
• Confirm you’re logged into your paid account
• Go to Account → Restore Purchases (if available)
• This may resync saved projects if they were cloud-stored
These are key methods that we can offer. If you have more, please share.
