Dirty and Misrepresented Stay at Ravine Bungalow in Sapanca – Requesting Full Refund via Airbnb

On October 3, 2014, I stayed at Ravine Bungalow in Sapanca, expecting the 2+1 bungalow I paid for, with a beautiful pool as shown in the photos sent to me. Upon arrival, I found the property to be a 1+1, with an unkempt, filthy front yard. The swing cushions were wet, torn, and dirty. Inside the jacuzzi, I discovered numerous bugs—most dead, and the water was filthy. The pool was also dirty. Inside the bungalow, there were both dead and live bugs on the floor, couch, and curtains. I doubt any cleaning was done before my stay. When I opened the kitchen cabinet, I found dirty dishes with visible residue, and even a fly flew out. The place looked nothing like the photos and felt unlivable. I couldn’t enjoy the jacuzzi or any amenities due to the poor conditions. Despite a hefty payment, this stay was a complete disappointment. I am requesting a full refund through Airbnb.
