Airbnb Refund Delayed—Still No Refund After 15 Days
We made a reservation on Airbnb on August 2nd, but since there was no response, we decided to cancel the booking. The amount was deducted from our account, and according to Airbnb’s policy, the refund should have been processed within 15 days. However, it has been over 15 days now, and we still haven't received the refund. Airbnb claims they have sent the money to the bank, but there is no record of any refund on the bank’s end. We are concerned about whether there's a possibility that we might not get our money back. This situation is causing us a lot of stress, and we urgently need a resolution.
