Airbnb Promised to Refund My Money by 3rd September but I Still Haven’t Received It
After my first complaint, Airbnb sent me a message saying that they have "solved" the issue and I'll have my money the latest on 3th September 2024... And now it is 13th September and guess what... Nothing came...!!! They do not say the truth.
Airbnb owes me exactly ₺61,475, and they claim they sent it to me on 27th August. Now it is 13th September, and they still refuse to provide any legal receipt of the transaction. Of course, they can't send me a receipt because they haven't sent a single penny! As a result, all my listings remain closed on Booking, and I will be taking legal action soon!
