Airbnb Canceled My Reservation, Refund Still Pending

I've been booking accommodations on Airbnb, only to have them unexpectedly canceled. Whenever I ask why they canceled, they come up with all sorts of excuses, claiming there were misunderstandings. There's no clear reason for their misunderstanding and subsequent cancellation. They still haven't given me a refund for the canceled reservation, and it's unclear when they will. Airbnb is not a trustworthy platform; they consistently cause inconvenience to their customers. Furthermore, a lot of the information provided in their system is not accurate.
