Agoda Deposit Charged but No Refund for Royal Art H. Duomo Hotel Stay
Hello, on July 21-22, 2024, we made a prepaid reservation for one night at the Royal Art H. Duomo Hotel in Naples, Italy, through Agoda. However, when we arrived at the hotel, a temporary charge of €246 was taken from us as a deposit. Although we were told that the amount would be refunded, we have not received any refund. We expected a prompt resolution from a reputable platform like Agoda, but we have not received any results.
