Africabet Mobile Money Withdrawal Stuck on Pending Status

I have an issue with a pending withdrawal on my Africabet account that I have not been able to resolve. On 28 May, I requested a withdrawal via mobile money, and since then the transaction has been showing as “pending” for about four hours without any progress. I tried to contact Africabet customer support but I have not been able to reach anyone or get any information about the status of this withdrawal. This situation is creating uncertainty for me because my funds are stuck in the system without any clear explanation. I kindly request that my withdrawal be processed and my money be successfully transferred to my mobile money account without any further delay or that I am at least given a clear explanation of the reason for the hold-up.
