Cancelling a membership is made needlessly costly by Adobe. I intended to stop my membership and no longer use After Effects, but I was surprised to discover how much they were requesting for cancelation. In addition, I discovered that ₺700 was being debited each month for an app called Stock—which I vaguely recall not having subscribed to. When I registered, I cannot remember finding any clear information on these charges. It is unacceptable as they seem to be making leaving very tough on purpose. I want all of my memberships terminated right away free from charges. A corporation like Adobe shouldn't rely on complicated subscription plans and heavy fines to keep consumers locked in.
