I first downloaded Adobe Premiere Pro as a free trial version. However, without my knowledge or permission, it automatically changed to a paid subscription and has been taking money out of my bank account every month for the past three months. Over the past two days, 400 TL more has been taken out of my account. Even though I have tried to cancel the service, I can't stop the 400 TL from being taken out of my account every month right now. My email address is d********@gmail.com, and it is listed as the account holder. First and foremost, I want my membership to end right away. Second, I want all fees that have been charged up to this point to be refunded right away.
