888Starz Refuses to Process Legitimate Withdrawal

While I was able to deposit funds and play games without any issues on 888Starz using an account opened in my own name, I was unfairly mistreated when I tried to withdraw my money. Last night, I submitted a withdrawal request of approximately $66 USD, but this request was canceled around noon without any explanation.
I then submitted a new withdrawal request and contacted customer support to find out why this was happening. Despite the fact that I have not violated any rules, engaged in any improper activity, or committed any bonus abuse or similar misconduct, instead of receiving an explanation, I was blocked by customer support and can no longer access assistance.
At this point, the $66 USD balance in my account is not being paid out, my withdrawal requests are being canceled, and all communication channels have been closed. I request that my account be reviewed, that a clear and concrete reason be provided if one exists, and otherwise that my $66 USD balance be paid to me in full as soon as possible.
