I Logged Into 8 Ball Pool and My Entire Balance Was Reset Without Explanation
I’ve had it with 8 Ball Pool. Today I logged into my account and saw that all of my winnings had been wiped out—completely reset to zero—without any warning, reason, or explanation. I didn’t cheat, I didn’t use any third-party tools, and I didn’t violate any terms. So why was everything I earned taken away?
This isn’t the first time I’ve seen issues. I’ve reported several cheaters recently, and now I’m starting to feel punished for simply playing the game fairly. I’m incredibly frustrated that there’s no real support system or point of contact. Who do we speak to? Where is the accountability?
Miniclip, I demand you immediately investigate what happened to my balance and restore my rightful winnings. I’ve invested serious time in this game, and I won’t accept being treated this way. Get your support team involved and fix this now.

There are so many people using cheats and aim hacks in the game that from last night to tonight I came across almost 30 cheaters. I hadn't played for a long time, and I liked that you can now report with the new update, but I don't think there are any sanctions because even though I reported all of them, my own account got restricted, my achievements were reset to zero, my league was reset to zero, I didn't understand anything. Nearly 300 million in-game money was lost due to cheaters, and I'm deleting the game once again. Don't you ever forget what I wrote here and remember it well: your admin and control system are useless, it's a shame, you are zero!
