Miniclip 8 Ball Pool Unfair Point Loss and League Downgrade

I have been playing Miniclip’s 8 Ball Pool for years, but recently, I have been experiencing unfair point losses and league downgrades without any valid reason. My weekly points have been erased multiple times, causing me to drop from the highest league to lower leagues unfairly. Despite reaching out to support several times, I have received no resolution or explanation for these issues.
Additionally, the game fails to prevent fake accounts from playing, making it impossible for genuine players to compete fairly. Another frustrating issue is that reward videos do not open properly, blocking me from earning my rightful bonuses and coins. These constant glitches and the lack of response from customer support have made me lose all enjoyment in a game I once loved.
I demand that Miniclip fixes these bugs immediately and restores my lost points and league rank. If these issues continue, many loyal players will stop playing altogether. It is unacceptable that a game of this size fails to provide a fair playing experience and proper customer support.
