Account synchronization problems could be the cause of your cue stats in 8 Ball Pool randomly resetting.
Because unlinked or guest accounts are more susceptible to data loss, make sure your game is connected to a Miniclip, Facebook, Google, or Apple account.
It can occasionally be helpful to restart the game or reinstall it in order to restore your progress.
If your cue upgrades haven't arrived yet, send an email to [email protected] with your Player ID and purchase information, or contact Miniclip support at https://support.miniclip.com/hc/en-us.
It might also go more quickly if you send images of your prior cue statistics.
Make sure your account stays active and periodically backup your gaming data to prevent problems in the future. Preventing unplanned resets can also be achieved by reviewing Miniclip's Terms of Service.
